If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment information — we do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Automatically collected information: We collect standard log data such as your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions and understand how our service is used.
Third-party data: For merchant pages, we may retrieve publicly available business information from Google Places, including business name, address, phone number, hours of operation, reviews, and ratings. This data is used to generate and enrich merchant pages.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including generating AI-powered merchant pages, processing payments, sending service-related communications, and responding to your requests. We may also use your information to detect fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers who help us operate our business (such as Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and Vercel for hosting). We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Buzza generates public merchant pages using publicly available business information and AI-generated content. If you are a business owner and believe information on your merchant page is inaccurate, you can claim your page or report incorrect information using the links on the page.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
