By accessing or using the services provided by Evidence Ventures LLC, doing business as Buzza ("Buzza," "we," "us," or "our"), including the buzza.ai website, merchant pages, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Buzza provides AI-powered local business pages and related tools for local businesses, including AI-generated merchant pages, review management, customer communication tools, and social media automation. Our services are designed to help local businesses establish and maintain an online presence.
To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Buzza generates public pages for local businesses using publicly available information and AI-generated content. These pages are provided as an informational resource. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Business owners may claim their page to manage and correct the information displayed.
By claiming a merchant page, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business listed. We reserve the right to verify your identity and authorization before granting control of a page.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free trials, when offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. We will notify you before any charges are applied.
You agree not to use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, transmit harmful or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use our services for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
Our services use artificial intelligence to generate content including business descriptions, FAQs, service listings, and other text. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may require review and correction by the business owner. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
The Buzza name, logo, and service are the property of Evidence Ventures LLC. Content generated specifically for your business through our services is licensed to you for use in connection with your business. You retain ownership of any content you provide to us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzza and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
